Time passing and development in all the branches, for eloquent science like the other sciences, made the necessity for a new approach that caused new eloquent theories tried to put traditional ones back.<br /> The valuable writing, "Towards a new eloquence," by Khalil Kafouri is a book that talks about new eloquence and its relationship with other sciences. This book like all of human compilations has defects and inaccuracies which the critical survey of mentioned book and its level of success as a useful source in the domain of new eloquence are the reasons of writing this essay. <br /> This survey shows that the author did not present an explicit definition of some terms in discussions about the relation between eloquence science and the other sciences, but the major part of this book’s defects is in the area of author’s language complexity to express the subject. اولین جرقه‌های علم بلاغت نزد مسلمانان را باید در قرن‌های چهارم و پنجم هجری جست‌وجو کرد که ریشه در ذهنیت و فلسفه یونایی دارد.به مرور زمان و پیشرفت در تمامی زمینه‌‌ها در علم بلاغت نیز همچون دیگر علوم، احساس نیاز به یک رویکرد جدید سبب شد نظریه‌های بلاغت جدید در برابر بلاغت سنتی قد علم کنند.<br /> کتاب «نحو بلاغة جدیدة» یکی از تألیفات خلیل کفوری است که به موضوع بلاغت جدید و ارتباط آن با سایر علوم پرداخته است. این کتاب مانند همه تألیفات بشری کاستی‌ها و نادرستی‌هایی دارد که بررسی انتقادی کتاب مزبور و میزان توفیق آن به عنوان یک منبع مفید در زمینه بلاغت جدید دستمایه نگارش این مقاله است.در این بررسی معلوم شد که مؤلف در مباحث مربوط به رابطه علم بلاغت با سایر علوم از برخی از اصطلاحات تعریف واضحی ارائه نداده است؛ اما قسمت عمده کاستی‌های این کتاب در حیطه پیچیدگی زبان مؤلف در تبیین موضوع است. https://brjoalal.ihcs.ac.ir/article_5653_7cb92013af0e3ecf623669a3523e1567.pdf
